Our Approach to Shipping

When will my order ship?
Our shipping department operates Monday to Friday, 9am–2pm PST. Orders placed after 12pm will be processed the following business day. We ship all orders with tracking via expedited service from British Columbia, Canada. Orders are not processed on weekends or statutory holidays.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! Prismara offers tracked, expedited shipping worldwide. Delivery times and rates vary by location.
Estimated Delivery Times
Within Canada, orders typically arrive in 1 to 2 business days for major cities. For the Maritimes and rural areas, please allow 2 to 3 business days.
For international orders, delivery to the United States usually takes 1 to 3 business days, with most major centers receiving their packages within 1 to 2 days. Shipments to the United Kingdom and across Europe generally arrive within 2 to 3 business days. Orders to Australia and other international destinations typically arrive within 3 to 4 business days.
Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Customs policies vary by country, so we recommend checking with your local office for details.
If a shipment is refused, the original shipping fee, any import costs, and the return fee will be deducted from your refund. If these charges exceed the total refund amount, the package may be considered abandoned and will not be refunded.
Tracking Your Order
You’ll receive a tracking link via email once your order ships. You can also log in to your Prismara Hair account, go to “Order History,” and click your tracking number for updates.
Can I update or cancel my order?
Changes or cancellations may be possible within 20 minutes of placing your order. Contact support@prismarahair.com immediately. After this window, your order will be processed and subject to our return policy.
Shipping Protection
While we partner with reliable carriers, shipping issues can occur. We highly recommend selecting Package Protection at checkout to ensure full coverage in case of loss or damage in transit.
Without Package Protection, claims must be filed directly with the carrier, and Prismara is not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen packages.
